If yes to the above then welcome to the club. So many of us have felt like this but don't know where to start to lose the flab and unfortunately many continue without taking action. But don't let that put you off because you aren't one of those people....are you?
There are many easy exercises to begin with before diving head first into the more advanced stuff and I'm gonna lay some out for you right here.............
Five-Minute MMA Workouts
You don't need all day to work out. For example, try the following five minute workout:
- 1. Jump rope x 1 minute
- 1. Explosive pushups x 1 minute
- 1. Jump rope x 1 minute
- 1. Reverse situps x 1 minute
- 1. Jump rope x 1 minute
This gives you a very quick, explosive, five-minute workout to complement your MMA training. It will condition your body for a five minute round of MMA. You can do it in the gym or even at home in your garage or back yard.
